REFRAME
Mission
Our mission is to improve the mental and physical health of people and kids by addressing and preventing social taboos, stereotypes, and prejudices. Through knowledge and altruism, we challenge entrenched beliefs and outdated perceptions, aiming to contribute to the creation of a society that respects each individual, appreciates diversity, and affirms true values.
By changing established views for the common good, we believe we can contribute to creating a better and healthier world. Our commitment to this mission is not just an idea but an action that drives changes throughout the community. Through education, we work to ensure that each individual experiences improvements in their daily lives, both mentally and physically.
In the past year, our non-profit organization has taken the first steps in raising awareness about inclusion and the importance of early education, as well as providing concrete help to those who need it most. We worked tirelessly, inspired by the vision of a better society, where tolerance, understanding, and care for others are at the heart of everyday interactions.

Early Education
Research shows that books for children with real characters and situations positively impact the early development of children's brains compared to fairy tales, fables, and other books with illustrated heroes.
Joint reading, where parents or guardians discuss the content, enhances children's speech, writing skills, and cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Believing that every child deserves the opportunity to develop and realize their potential, regardless of abilities, physical and mental characteristics, family circumstances, race, or ethnicity, we decided to create books that will foster empathy, inclusion, the adoption of healthy habits, and a love of reading in all children.
By the end of 2023, the storyline, photographs, and designs for the books "Emma is Not Feeling Well" and "My Morning Routine" were completed, covering themes of care and recovery during illness, adopting healthy habits, and independence.

During this period, we also worked on the book "Getting a Haircut," which helps children to overcome their fear of haircuts.
Towards the end of 2023, our team aimed at creating a book that promotes inclusion and is available to children nationwide in kindergartens, libraries, specialized, and other educational institutions.
Aware that we needed partner support for this endeavor, we found recognition from the leaders at Raiffeisen Bank, Belgrade, whose donation of 590,000 dinars enabled us to begin creating our new book "Going to the Store." The main character in this book is a boy who uses a walker, goes shopping with his parents, and teaches readers the basics of financial literacy. finansijske pismenosti.
We also established contact with representatives from Delhaize, Belgrade, who agreed to participate in this socially responsible project by providing us with a photoshoot location in one of their retail stores.
A plan for further implementation of this program in the coming year has been developed.
